First week of real training started. Wasn’t gonna let a little snow ruin my plan. Managed 54.72 miles this week. The plan is to get up to 60 miles per week by running 6 miles per weekdays and 30 miles over the weekend. The main goal for 2012 is to peak at the right time and stay injury free to make it to the starting line of Vermont. So far so good.
I also plan to run the Bull Run Run 50 miler as a tune up race and volunteering at the Seneca Creek 50K for the 8 hours service hours requirements.
